Mixed Classes (6 yrs +)
our centres teach mixed classes which creates a welcoming environment where students (young or old) can come alone, with friends or with their family and train together.
Children classes (6 to 18yrs)
Many parents worry about their children spending too much time watching the television or playing on the computer. Kung fu training is a healthy way for children to make friends and improve their social skills. Our children’s classes aim to help young people learn in a fun but focussed and safe environment. We find that training helps many children improve their concentration, hand eye co-ordination and overall fitness. As we don’t train in a competitive environment, children learn at their own pace and are helped to make a steady progression throughout their training, which helps them to develop confidence in their own abilities.

Students classes (18+)
University life can be tough. Many students struggle to make friends at first, and there is a constant stream of deadlines and academic pressures to keep up with. A number of our centres are run through universities to enable students with similar interests to train together and training is designed to fit around the academic year.

Adult Classes (18 yrs + )
Many adults want to improve their fitness but find that going to the gym or playing sport is not fulfilling enough. Our adult only classes provide a focussed, yet fun environment where adults can truly escape from the pressures of everyday life and learn a host of new skills.
